GB 20211 specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of titanium powder used in fireworks products.
This standard is applicable to metal titanium powder, sponge titanium powder and titanium hydride powder for fireworks
5.1 appearance
Take 10g sample and lay it on white paper for observation.
5.2 determination of particle size
5.2.1 apparatus
a) Brush;
b) Standard sieve;
c) One pan balance with an accuracy of 0.1g;
d) One vibrating screen machine.
5.2.2 determination steps
5.2.2.1 select the standard sieve group according to the grade (particle size).
5.2.2.2 weigh 50.0g sample and place it in the upper screen, install the screen group, cover the cover, fasten it on the vibrating screen machine, and vibrate for about 5min until it can not be screened
Until powder is added.
5.2.2.3 remove the screen set and weigh the mass.
52.2.4 calculation of screening results:
Calculate the titanium mass (1) of the upper (lower) sieve according to formula (1), and the value is expressed in %.
6 inspection rules
6.1 batching
Each batch of products shall not exceed 50t and shall not be less than 30kg
6.2 sampling
